Our people, our ministries and our families have specific needs, but sometimes we don’t do a great job at identifying and ministering to those needs. So what can we do about it?
Barnabas showed us that encouragement is not soft – it's bold, visionary, generous, and healing. Encouragement isn’t always flashy, but it builds the church. It is leadership at its finest.
I know that, in my home church, we are all-in on making disciples. Kingdom growth. I spend a lot of time talking to church leaders about reaching lost people. That is the dream that I want to be real in my life and my church.
