Educators have long been familiar with the concept of a flipped classroom as a teaching tool. I have employed this method in a few of my classes when it comes to teaching additional material, books, and even sections of story and prophecy to explain. When the students have the opportunity to focus on one section of Scripture with the end goal of having to explain it, they have to grasp it at a deeper level.
Tapping into the way they learn can make the message come alive and ignite their imaginations. We need to spend time thinking about the process behind our teaching.
Details must be simplified because we want our children to know the love of God, however, as adults, do we let the coloring pages limit scripture in our memories?
We really don’t talk much about work ethic as our Christian responsibility, yet I believe that work is part of our Christian ethic.
Our youngest son’s birthday is next week. When he first arrived on the scene, he emanated joy from within. Still does! How might we bomb those around us with joy this week?
People just don’t understand the significant difference their facial expressions will make when trying to connect with another person.

Women’s studies have had a reputation of being fluffy. I am not sure exactly where this reputation began, although it may have to do with a preference for meeting “felt needs” rather than “real needs.”
Participation in short-term mission trips exposes church leaders to God’s work in the world we share.
I’m reminded as I walk in, that whatever good may come out
will be from you, and you alone; not because of my talent or work.
